Dr. Kelly Von-Schilling Worth, a second-generation chiropractor, embarked on his chiropractic journey inspired by a passion for human anatomy. He graduated from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1987 and earned double board certifications in Neurology and Internal Disorders, becoming a pioneer in his field.

With nearly 40 years of experience, Dr. Kelly has dedicated his practice to serving injured workers in California and the Midwest. In 2012, he founded the Spine and Joint Institute of Milwaukee, focusing on the Hispanic community and blue-collar workers dealing with work-related injuries.

Committed to patient-centric care, Dr. Kelly advocates for comprehensive support in workers' compensation cases through open communication and collaboration with legal and insurance entities. Outside of his professional duties, he actively participates in his church and community, embodying his values of compassion and service.

Elderize Von-Schilling Worth brings a wealth of knowledge and diverse insights to our organization. As a Licensed Durable Medical Equipment Provider, Elderize has been a vital part of the medical field in the United States for over a decade.

Originally from South Africa, Elderize graduated Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Communications. Her passion for people is evident in her commitment to providing exceptional service. While managing multiple clinic operations and raising her family with her husband, Dr. Kelly Von-Schilling Worth, she also obtained state certifications to excel in every role within their practice.

Elderize embodies the South African "Do it yourself and you know it gets done right" attitude. This philosophy has enabled her to excel in various areas, from patient administration to patient care and radiology. She even established her own DME company to enhance the services provided to their patients.

Currently, Elderize is pursuing her nursing degree and plans to add a doctorate in nursing to her credentials as they expand their practices.

Originally from Maui, Hawaii, Sejoon earned an Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapy Assistance (PTA) and obtained licensure through Kapiolani College. He then graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science from Concordia University in Wisconsin and is currently enrolled in their PTA to DPT bridge program.

Sejoon's clinical background includes specialization in stroke rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics, and geriatric care. In addition, Sejoon is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with over two years of client testimonials and more than three years of hands-on experience as a PTA.

Sejoon is dedicated and passionate about helping patients regain mobility and independence through personalized, compassionate rehabilitation care. Sejoon's motto regarding therapy is that "everyone has the potential to rehabilitate themselves; potential means no work has been done yet."
