His academic pursuits led him to the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic (now known as the Southern California University of Health Sciences), where he graduated in 1987. In 2012, Dr. Kelly shifted his practice to Wisconsin, where he founded Spine and Joint Institute of Milwaukee.
